Bradley University has made a continuing commitment to provide students with options on various types of Insurance.

Health Insurance

For students who are no longer covered by their family or guardian medical plans, the University provides information on Health Insurance through Maksin Management Corp.   Information on specifics can be found at www.maksin.com/BradleyU.shtml.  You may also contact them at 877-775-5430.
 
There are several options available for insurance – Basic Benefits Plan, the Enriched Benefits Plan and the Additional Buy-Up Plan.   Details are available on the web site. 

International Students are required to have mandatory health insurance.   Details are provided at www.bradley.edu/internationalstudents

Tuition Refund Insurance

At times students may not complete a semester and will lose academic credit as a result of an illness or accident.  Tuition refund insurance provides families with a way to relieve the financial consequences if an illness or accident occurs.  Information about tuition refund insurance is available at www.collegerefund.com.

Theft, Fire and Accidental Damage Insurance

Information on a Student Personal Property Plan is located at www.nssi.com.  This provides an opportunity for students to insure their property whether living on or off campus.  Some of the types of property covered include computers, electronics, musical instruments, jewelry, and clothing.
